At Halo Spa, our goal is to make your visit smooth and relaxing from beginning to end. Reservations are secured with a credit card, gift certificate, or package, and we simply ask for notice if you need to reschedule—at least a day ahead for individual services and two days ahead for spa packages—so we can honor everyone’s time. Arriving about fifteen minutes early allows you to settle in and enjoy the calming start of your experience. We provide lockers, robes, and light refreshments, though we encourage leaving valuables at home. If you have any health conditions or special needs, let us know so we can personalize your care.

Guests age thirteen and older are welcome for facials and nail services, while massage treatments are available beginning at sixteen with parental consent when needed. For the comfort of all, we ask that only scheduled guests join us during visits. We accept major credit cards and cash, and gift certificates or packages are valid for one year. These may be used for services or retail purchases, though they are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and not redeemable for cash or gratuity. Retail sales are final.
